JOB DESCRIPTION
A leading Oil & Gas company within the Nigerian market is looking for an experienced Financial Controller . The right candidate will have prior experience working internationally, preferably within African locations or similar environments. This position is based in Nigeria on a residential basis and due to this, and the seniority of the position, my client are willing to pay a very attractive salary package.
As the Financial Controller you will have full responsibility and control for the companies finances, leading the finance department. Some of the key duties include but are not limited to:-
Ensure that financial reporting is provided in a timely and accurate manner
Provide financial analysis to meet internal and external requirements
Lead, develop and motivate a professional team in the Financial Department in order to provide high-quality service to both Internal and External users
Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements
Produce Monthly Managements Accounts
ERP system and Financial Procedures and Controls
Manage tax reporting & audits
Experience & Qualifications
Qualified accountant
Wide experience of working with ERP/ Accounting software
