Responsibilities
- Organize and administrate all project paperwork, logs and electronic information utilizing ProjectMates or approved company software.
- Expedite vendor and subcontractor procurement and delivery requirements.
- Prepare project billings and expedite collections.
- Administrate change order pricing solicitation and proposal preparation.
- Administrate project cost system information for the estimate, adjustments and forecast to complete.
- Provide all administrative support for Project Manager(s) as assigned.
Requirements
- General knowledge of construction processes.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Trainable to “intermediate” level in other necessary software
- Associates degree in business or construction related field is desirable
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Positive “can do” attitude, organized, team player, “quick study” and perseverance
- Customer and relationship focused.
