Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Kwara
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Main duties will include but not limited to managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets), ensure administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long- term basis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company database
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office polices as needed
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word,)
- Strong organisation skills with problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details
Education Level:
- Bachelor degree and above
Level of Experience:
- 3 Years above.
