Job Descriptions
- Plan maintenance work, events and room bookings
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Promote and market the business
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
- Oversees all operation and day-to-day activities
- Conduct regular evaluations to help customer service
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in hotel management or similar role
- Strong understanding of hotel management
- Interpersonal and communication skill
- Leadership skill
- Proficiency in MS office
Salary
NGN100,000.00 / Month.
