About the Role

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Trainee to join our pharmacy team in Victoria Island. This is a great opportunity for recent pharmacy graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail and clinical pharmacy environment.
• You’ll work directly under licensed pharmacists to support daily operations, learn dispensing best practices, and deliver excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
• Receive, sort, and stock inventory. Monitor expiry dates and report low stock
• Counsel patients on basic medication use, dosage, and storage as directed
• Process prescriptions, POS transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, PCN, and company SOPs for drug storage and handling
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensary and customer service area
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
• Support with drug information research and health campaigns in-store

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Pharm, OND or HND in Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution with 0-2 years experience. 
• Recent graduate or currently awaiting internship/PCN registration
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and drug classifications
• Proficient with MS Office and pharmacy management software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Victoria Island easily

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
