Job Description
- Realize basic information, industry, home address and other real situations of customers through data and telephone survey.
- Excavate, investigate and record the abnormal information points through the troubleshooting method.
- For suspected fraudulent customers, should induce them to disclose relevant facts after appeasing them with appropriate words.
Requirements
- Good communication skills on the telephone.
- Any relevant work experience.
