Job Description
- Our client is urgently in need of Telesales Executive who can generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast paced environment
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and current PAGE customers and answering questions/enquiries regarding all company’s products.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and escalate same where necessary to the line Manager.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about company’s products or services using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company and dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Manage, track and follow up on leads by engaging in calls to them
- Conduct sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Create and update activity reports.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline (must have completed NYSC)
- 1 year minimum experience in a telesales or Customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Must have experience in handling help desk customer complaints.
- Must have Good understanding of dealing with Dealers and how they trade.
Basic Pay
- Good Basic pay plus other benefits.
