About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to handle timely delivery of pharmaceutical products, documents, and customer orders within Victoria Island and neighboring ar
• You will be the face of our brand to customers, so professionalism and punctuality are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely Deliveries: Pick up and deliver drugs, medical supplies, documents, and e-commerce orders to customers within VI, Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1 and environs
• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines and avoid traffic delays
• Customer Service: Represent the company professionally. Collect payments where required and get proof of delivery/signature
• Bike Maintenance: Ensure the company motorcycle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Report faults immediately
• Record Keeping: Maintain delivery logs, waybills, and collect PODs. Report any failed deliveries same day
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company SOPs. Ensure sensitive pharmacy items are handled properly
• Support: Assist with in-house errands, bank runs, and supplier pick-ups when not on delivery

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience as a dispatch rider, preferably with a pharmacy, logistics, or courier company
• License: Valid Class A Driver’s License and Rider’s Permit. Must have a clean riding record
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru, and Lekki roads. Google Maps/Waze proficiency
• Equipment: Own motorcycle is an advantage but not compulsory. Company bike provided

Skills*:

• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Physically fit and able to ride long hours
• Honest, reliable, and good with cash handling
• Android phone for tracking and communication
• Other: Must reside around Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or Lekki.
• Must be available for weekends and public holidays when needed.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
