Description
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems
- Devising ways to streamline processes
Applicants must:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or a National Diploma in any Social Science or Science related field.
- Strong passion for sales and have a positive approach to the job
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision
