POSITION : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Gain market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape
- Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
- Demonstrate success in direct sourcing techniques to include cold calling and internet searches
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria – Design JDs and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Create strong talent pipelines for the Organization
- And other duties as assigned
