Job Description

  • Formulate strategies and oversee all operations in the shared services division in adherence to policy and the achievement of set.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Formulation and Implementation.
  • Stakeholder and External Relations.
  • Compliance Monitoring.
  • People Management.
Job Requirement/ person Specification
  • Minimum of a First Degree in a Business-related discipline or Law.
  • A Masters' or an MBA Degree.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience, with at least four (4) years’ experience in an Executive Management role.
  • Good knowledge of the Capital Market.
Internal Relationships:
  • Board of Directors.
  • All Departments.
  • Direct Reports.
  • Operations.
  • Corporate Services.
  • Human Resources.
  • Legal Services.
External Relationships:
  • Government Agencies.
  • NSE.
  • Regulators.
  • Investors.
