Description
- Opportunity exists for a highly skilled Maintenance Controller, Brewing. The Successful candidate will Co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of the level four maintenance teams in the production environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor team goals
- Maintain machines & repairs breakdowns
- Support and coaching team members, SCAP Assessments team member candidates
- Enforce and maintain safe work areas
- Delegate and monitor work activities
- Manage continuous improvement projects
- Solve situational problems
- Technical support service
- Conduct audits
- Manage personal development and performance.
- Prepares the ZBB Maintenance budget and associated compliance to budget
- Identifies CAPEX UPP opportunities that need to be addressed. Scope, cost, support implementation as required
- Ensure that a developmental plan is in place for apprentices, artisans and machine specialists.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and skills required:
- HND /B.Sc in Electrical Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 Years mechanical/electrical with in-depth workshop knowledge
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications i.e. (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
