POSITION : Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments
  • Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications- including promotional materials for the MD
  • Establish and maintain strong communication links with MD, Clients and Departments
  • Proactively coordinate the MD’s calendar, which is comprised of heavy meeting scheduling and extensive travel coordination
  • Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
  • Provide overall office management and administrative duties
  • Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets
  • Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
  • Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally
  • Anticipate needs and accomplishes responsibilities without direction
Requirements
  • B.Sc in relevant discipline
  • 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English Language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office skills

  • Smart and detail oriented
  • A strategic thinking self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up on issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisions
Remuneration
80,000 Naira P/M
