Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information
- Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments
- Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications- including promotional materials for the MD
- Establish and maintain strong communication links with MD, Clients and Departments
- Proactively coordinate the MD’s calendar, which is comprised of heavy meeting scheduling and extensive travel coordination
- Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
- Provide overall office management and administrative duties
- Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets
- Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
- Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally
- Anticipate needs and accomplishes responsibilities without direction
Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant discipline
- 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Excellent presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English Language
- Excellent knowledge of MS office skills

- Smart and detail oriented
- A strategic thinking self-starter
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up on issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisions
Remuneration
80,000 Naira P/M
