The Great Business Clinic Limited -  We help from the basic, that is, from needs assessment, to defining the purpose and objective (developing comprehensive Strategic Planning document which includes Business Plan) of your organization to growing your organization helping you with practical aspects of running a business or organisation, such as sales, marketing, accounts, Information Technology (IT), deciding the type of business you need to be, getting your office organised and the basic office setup.

POSITION : General Manager, Marketing 

 Objective

  • Provide oversight over product innovation, marketing services and sales & customer relations functions for and on behalf of the Organisation.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of state of the art products to attract different categories of income earners and to achieve high index of customer satisfaction
 Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities and position the Organisation to take advantage of such opportunities.
  • Seek and identify new markets, new segments and new customers for new product and existing products
  • Manage market research studies to identify specific real estate’s individual and corporate customer needs
  • Oversee the leading and guiding of the execution of sales strategies and tactics by managing key customer alliance and executing selling of products and initiatives to the retail and Co-op accounts
  • Create different portfolio of products to suit different categories of income earners for and on behalf of the Organisation
  • Develops pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the Organisation’s profits while ensuring the firms customers are satisfied
  • Liaise with external/independent legal service provider to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal documentation including deed of contract, deed of assignment, and restrictive covenant for resident of the Organisation’s estates.
  • Conduct post-implementation product analysis and product review to ensure compliance to set product objectives
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director

Minimum Qualifications
  • A first degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Estate Management, Social Sciences or related discipline
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience; at least 5 of which must have been spent in a senior management position
  • A professional certificate and/or a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Social Sciences will be an added advantage
