POSITION : Front Desk Executive

Primary Duty:
  • Act as the first point of service to visitors providing excellent customer service.
  • The individual is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting receiving calls, handling inquiries, managing correspondence.
Details of Duties
  • Meet and greet all individuals warmly that walk into the company ensuring that the company’s Brand is expressed in relations to such
  • Receive all mail correspondence for the company and channel appropriately and adequately ensuring that no mail is overlooked
  • Manage visitors, calls and enquiries directing such to the appropriate channel
  • Managing the reception area ambiance and ensuring that the office area is neat and attractive
  • Provide first level advise on prices to the prospective clients from the price list and further referring clients to the Company Administrator
  • Escalate all difficult issues to the Operations Company Administrator
  • Restrict movement of visitors within the office premises
  • Handle administrative role with regards to general office management

POSITION : Store Officer

Primary Duty
  • The individual will be responsible for managing storage of medical equipment which include adequate record keeping, inventory control, designing good report system
Details of Duties
  • Maintain adequate records of medical equipment received to the company
  • Conduct quality assurance of all items received into the store and ensure the proper documents are kept
  • Monitor movement which must be supported with proof of payment
  • Send regular report on the level of items in storage
  • Maintain good housekeeping of items in store
  • Manage logistics requirement of moving items to and for the store
  • Raise request to replenish stock items to avoid stock-out
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Skills  Young, agile and dynamic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability office, standard office equipment (Personal computers, printer, and photocopier)
