Job Description
Based in Lagos, you report to the Management Committee and are responsible for the good development of the Group's activities in the Nigerian market.
- Manage the local entity, ensure the proper management of the P & L that is entrusted to you and supervise the industrial activity,
- Adapt and implement the Group's vision and strategy at national level in agreement with the Management Committee based in Europe,
- Supervise budgets, provide operational and financial reporting to headquarters and represent the company in its relations with the public and private ad-hoc Nigerian authorities,
- Structuring the company around industrial, operational and human resources with the priority objective of optimizing the commercial development of the brand at the national level around a new product and customer development strategy,
- Ensure the management of the human resources by ensuring to federate, train and accompany the local teams with the support of the support functions present on the spot,
- Identify and evaluate internal and external issues that impact the business to report to management.
Required profile
Masters Degree in Business Schools or Engineering, you must have at least five years of professional experience in a Senior Management position within International Group in the Consumer Goods sector in Nigeria. You have a perfect knowledge of the management of exploitation involving the management of an industrial pole and the regulatory constraints related to production. Capable of negotiating at the highest level, you like to accompany your teams on the ground and are recognized for your business temperament. Finally, your leadership is undeniable, you are an excellent communicator and are bilingual English.
