POSITION : Strategy Consultant

Our Client, a leading EPC company will be in need of qualified professionals responsible for the provision of accurate information for organizations, and to have a good understanding of opportunities and risks relating to new businesses

Purpose of role

The prospective candidate will be responsible for assisting the top management with creating, communicating, implementing and sustaining strategic initiatives for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of tasks associated with the achievement of the business goals
  • Strong focus on the economics and profitability of production or the services rendered by the entire department
  • Specify a policy including strategic plan for Sales & Marketing management
  • Develop and adjust sales & marketing strategies to qualify for market trend, competitors and customers
  • Develop and Review commercial reports and present to the Management Team and Managing Director and when requested by the Board the following reports but not limited to;
  • Bid/Tenders Milestone Reports
  • Lead the execution of tasks associated with the achievement of the business goals
  • Strong focus on the economics and profitability of production or the services rendered by the entire department
  • Specify a policy including strategic plan for Sales & Marketing management
  • Develop and adjust sales & marketing strategies to qualify for market trend, competitors and customers


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or any finance related discipline.
  • Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 15years relevant experience in finance and project management strategies
  • Strong research, writing and presentation skills.
  • Financial modeling and valuation skills.

POSITION : General Manager Manufacturing

Our client is on track to be the market leader is the production of advanced world class solutions and products for the Electricity Industry. They are now recruiting for a team to head up and support their operations in Nigeria.

Purpose of role

This role will involve management of Operations and direct responsibility for -Business Development & Marketing. You will also interface with government as well as have P&L responsibility relationships & Contract Management; In particular with Foreign Partner management of ISO System

Qualifications & Skills
  • B.Sc/HND in related courses and added with MBA
  • Minimum of 15 - 20 years’ experience, with familiarity in Construction, Oil and Power Industries
  • Must have reputable professional certification in related function and industry
  • Proficiency in an ERP Solutions
  • Good Advisory skills on contractual matters and formulating correspondence for civil engineering projects.
