A well-established Commercial Printing Firm requires the above to liaise with customers, co-ordinate and implement all administration as well as work closely with all departments within the division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers regarding customer requirements both telephonically and via the website and ensuring constant customers satisfaction.
- Providing sales support to the Key Account Managers and setting up appointments for the sales team as required.
- Preparing customer quotes and processing customers’ orders and ensuring on time deliveries whilst consolidating customer loads and ensuring that all orders received are captured accurately.
- Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries are resolved timeously.
- Building and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Efficiently and effectively assisting with all project administration related duties within a fast paced environment.
- Generating reports for Senior Management as required.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have previous Internal Sales experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or within a customer service environment.
- It is essential to have experience in preparing quotes. Will be required to work out the FEC rates.
- Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of MS Word.
- Must be accurate and with attention to detail.
- Must preferably come from the printing industry (printing equipment and consumables).
