Job description
THE ALIMA ASSOCIATION- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work effectively within a team and be a good communicator
- Rigorous and motivated for fulfilling objectives
- Recognition of ALIMA values and chartre
- French/English bilingual required (or English as a native language and advanced level in French)
- Master degree (or equivalent) in relevant field (development studies, project manager, public health, international relationship, business school …)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in relation to the position, including work experience with NGO, UN agency or donors in humanitarian setting.
- Work experience in an humanitarian / unsecure setting
- travel costs between the expatriate’s country of origin and the mission location
- accommodation costs
- medical cover from the first day of the contract to a month after the date of departure from the mission country for the employee
- evacuation of the employee
