A leading FMCG multinational in food & non-food categories , having multiple factories in West Africa is looking out for a highly motivated, professional; Senior Production Manager
Your Role: The Senior Production Manager would be responsible to improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planningwork flow, and equipment layout. Responsible for entire production process, including maintenance and quality control. Management of all equipment, planning, production, storage and handling of products, to agreed quality standards
Must Have: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education. FMCG factory experience, food will be an added advantage. 10+ years of experience. Experience of working in a Matrix organisation. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Entrepreneurial capabilities. ONLY NIGERIAN NATIONALS.
