**Key Responsibilities**
Ensure MS Ladies meet their projected targets and KPIs under the MS Ladies Channel.
Analysis and identification of key targets from a range of potential client groups** including coordination of a**ctivities with agreed target groups that result in them using MSION strategic services through the Marie Stopes Ladies Channel and the contact centre. The post holder will lead in reflection and reporting and documenting the performances and on impact demand creation activities of MS Ladies including recommendations on improving service provision through intermittent special events.

Meetings held and information disseminated
**Analysis and identification of key targets from a range of potential client groups**
Activities include

  • Using the geographical boundaries, develop a clear list of potential target groups by segment, identifying issues that affect community to access, utilization and uptake of RH, long acting contraception and family planning services.
  • Identify promotion partners (e.g. other PPMV owners or mobile healthcare providers who do not have the skill for provision of FP and PAC).
  • Document a database of contacts and interests to track inputs
  • Make choices on whom to target when, why and how
  • List local leaders (Govt, non-government, religious etc.) within the community of catchment for the MSL through advocacy for increased community buy-in

Reported choices and agreed targets quarterly.

Activities include

  • Monthly activity plans developed and shared
  • Systematic meetings with key groups (advertising, promotional meetings, door to door etc)
  • Development and disbursement of information along agreed lines appropriate to the segment
  • Meetings to deliver training
  • Brands promotion

Return on Investment (cost to CYP) measured monthly
Referral tracking system shows impact

  • Mentoring, coaching and supervision

**Reflection and reporting on impact of demand creation and sales activities to management with recommendations on strategies for increased service provision**

  • Routine monitoring and reporting of all activities and their impact
  • Documentation of case studies

  • Meetings with service providers to report feedback
  • Recommendations to management and colleagues on adjustments needed for increased services uptake

**Achieve maximum sales, profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the MSION’s product/s and related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.**
Activities include

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers of MSION through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services to the MSLs including other existing/potential customers within sates of supervision and assists them in understanding how MSION product/s best suit their needs.
  • Make in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Monitor compensation
