affordable options for family planning and HIV prevention. DKT INTERNATIONAL is one of the largest private providers of family
planning and reproductive health products and services in the developing world.
DKT
NIGERIA is set to
recruit Product Managers - Pharma. We have a challenging and inspirational
mission to improve the family planning in Nigeria through social marketing and
promotion/ distribution of our products. The position reports to Medical Marketing
Manager and it is based in Lagos.
PRODUCT
MANAGER- PHARMA
Key
accountabilities/responsibilities
Development
of brochures and other pharma marketing materials aiming at healthcare
providers and consumers.
Aiding
sales efforts by training field staff on medical marketing aspects and on the
job training accompanying sales reps.
Train
sales teams on all product aspects and on the correct and effective use of all
marketing materials.
Develop
strategies, marketing and sales plans, and promotional mix to meet product
category objectives vis-à-vis healthcare providers and customer needs.
Analyse
market, competitive conditions, business intelligence as well as healthcare
knowledge and consumer insights.
Deliver
unique value product category propositions based on customer demand.
Responsible
for managing and implementing marketing activities.
Monitor
business performance and external environment to meet business objectives.
Qualification
B. Pharm
or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing with minimum 3 years
of Product Management experience
A
relevant master’s degree is an advantage
Strong
understanding and experience of pharmaceutical and OTC marketing
Great
writing, communication, presentation and analytical skills. Team player.
Be
self-motivated & able to adapt to changing priorities with strong attention
to detail
Be hard
working, well organised & commercially focused
