POSITION : Facility Manager
Description
Be in charge and the direct day-to-day facility management activities, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement successful management strategies.
Requirements
- Motivation to drive continuous improvement processes and ensure that capacity is maximized.
- Ability to manage a dynamic and changing workforce, as well as being able to work extremely well under pressure.
- Dedication to the details, from budget management to locating inefficiencies.
- A demonstrated commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline.
- At least 5 years & above experience in a similar position.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Experience in negotiation and building relationships with vendors.
- Computer skills and reporting experience
The ideal candidate must have all or a combination(s) of the following qualities:
- Self-expression and communication skill,
- Interpersonal and relationship management skill
- Presentation and numerical skills,
- Result oriented and good initiatives,
- Highly attentive to details and
- Work under pressure.
