About The Role
The post holder will work with the MEAL team to strengthen existing MEAL systems to allow for effective, accurate reporting for decision making and project implementation. To provide day-to-day management of the pilot global digital M&E database, inputting programme data and providing feedback to the technical team. To assess the capacity of Christian Aid partners, work with the team to develop and build capacity of partners and respond to technical support requests from staff and partners. Encourage active knowledge management and organizational learning needs using Monitoring and Evaluation findings and learning.

About You
You must have a degree in Statistics or any of the Social Sciences with at least two years work experience. Knowledge of relevant database systems and data management tools is essential. You are required to have experience of monitoring and evaluation, project/programme-cycle management approaches and tools – including participatory planning. You are required to be familiar with statistical software such as SPSS, Epi-info and STATA. The post holder is expected to have excellent report writing and communication skills.
