Duties

Will Include But Are Not Limited To


  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and
    filing.2.


    Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for CEO and Team and
    may occasionally travel with the CEO3.
    Take minutes/dictation at meetings and provide general assistance
    during presentations.4.
    Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them
    personally and appropriately.5.
    Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels and cadre.6.
    Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments.7.
    Handle incoming email and post, often correspond on behalf of the
    CEO8.
    Take dictation and minutes.9.
    Maintain Logistics Data base updated10.
    Maintain Personal Staff files updated11.
    Carry out background research and present findings.12.
    Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.13.
    Organise and attend meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared
    for meetings.14.
    Liaise with clients,
    suppliers and other staff.15.
    Carry out specific projects and research.16.
    Develop, maintain, update and store all Company Processes
    Checklists17.
    Some responsibility for budgeting.18.
    Take on some manager responsibilities and work closely with
    management.19.
    Coordinating and helping CEO in recruiting by screening CVs and
    setting up interviews.20.
    Any other duties that the CEO may request done
