POSITION : Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Provides customer additional information or explains services
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
- Accurately captures customer information
- Creates and maintains service reports
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences or any other relevant course of study
- 0 - 1 year cognate experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Be computer literate
- Communication, reporting skills
- Applicants must not be more than 20 - 25 years
