POSITION : Customer Service Officer
 Responsibilities

  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
  • Provides customer additional information or explains services
  • Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Accurately captures customer information
  • Creates and maintains service reports
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualification
  • B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences or any other relevant course of study
  • 0 - 1 year cognate experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Communication, reporting skills
  • Applicants must not be more than 20 - 25 years
