A Top leading and IATA approved travel agency seeks to employ qualified candidates to fill this position.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent services to customers in terms of ticketing reservations and company product to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Fare quotes to all clients to provide the best applicable fares and generate sales.
- Monitoring client's travel request both online and over the phone to ensure that tickets are issued out promptly and without errors.
- Making flight and hotel reservations and bookings. Follow up on customers about their reservation status before flight departure or hotel check-in date.
- Preparing daily and weekly sales report. Effect reservations & ticketing for all clients to generate sales.
- Reconciliation of sales returns to accounts for daily sales.
- Promoting all company products to create awareness and generate sales. Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules and procedures. Determine space availability on travel dates requested by customers and assign/sell such when available.
