Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the ADM business development, demand and delivery towards customer, which would involve funnel generation of ADM Change Requests/ customer demand, forecasting, design, developing and delivering technical solutions for the customers.
Experience
Candidate should have 9 or more years of project / delivery management experience, including hands on experience in development and/or deployment / integration activities for telecom solutions like Multi-mediation, billing applications, middleware, provisioning, pre-paid charging etc. Good to have prior experience in JAVA, GSM / IN call flow, INAP / CAMEL, UNIX / Solaris, Oracle / any other Database, and Software Development Life cycle and tools used at various steps of project life cycle.

  • Good analytical skills and Telecom/System Integration business knowledge
  • Hands on delivery experience

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Open for travel to various countries in Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Candidate should have good understanding of Telecom Network
Education
B.E., B. Tech, Engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the market and sales organization as an expert in the solution portfolio for preparing project plans including all knowledge areas of project management, like scope, time, cost, communication management. This includes
  • To produce high level and low level project plans to meet customer requirements
  • To take ownership of the managing the Application development and maintenance delivery
  • Together with the Solution Architect, prepare and own time and cost estimation
  • Drill down the scope into tasks and provide effort estimates along with Solution Architect
    • Ensure profitable ADM business / delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Coordinating with all required stakeholders like Account team, IT&C project delivery team, customer support and managed service, for successful ADM delivery towards customers
    • Managing customer interface, expectations and escalations
    • Managing project delivery resources across geographical boundaries in a virtual team environment
