Description
- Establish, build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Improve product performance by identifying persistent problems and recommending changes (project coordination)
- Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
- Communicate the strategic plan in regard to business expansion, acquisition, and marketing.
- Responsible for creating business opportunities and develop business plans to achieve goals
- The officer sets goals for attracting new business and guides the development staff in the area of product research and development.
Requirements
- Must have a degree
- Minimum of 3 - 5years experience in the customer service, sales administration or internal sales field would be required
- Must know how to initiate and maintain relationships
- Candidates must have a proven track record of organizational and entrepreneurial skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Customer focus and high level of commitment
- Team player with a high level of administrative skills
- Proven revenue generation (in previous roles)
