Job Description

The Social media Consultant is expected to
  • Know all the ins and outs of every major social media tool, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Youtube, bookmarking sites, etc.
  • Achieve a monthly improvement on all social media accounts which will be tracked.
  • Explore certain avenues of social media marketing that are profitable and have the potential to provide a good ROI. And of course avoid the ones that don’t. Submit via email your suggestions regularly.
  • Constantly provide feedback to customers / track engagement on all The Place social media handles with turnaround time of 24hours across our website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube
  • Have general knowledge of design and ability to select visually appealing posts from the graphic designers and provide feedback for improvement required (if any).
  • Listen to instructions, express ideas, both orally and in writing and provide relevant and timely information to management, co-workers, subordinates and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Degree in relevant discipline
Experience in social media marketing and engagements
Good social media follower-ship
Excellent social and interpersonal skills, ability to connect easily with people.
Ability to create catchy content will be an added advantage
