US Consulting Global Office Manager Open (continental United States)As part of the US Consulting Global Office (USCGO), the Manager will work across the USCGO team including both Global Concierge and Ventures & Collaborations. The Manager will work to drive client revenue growth and ecosystem development across priority global markets through identification of high potential global growth clients and actively supporting multi-market account teams. You will align with US and Global client strategies and act as a trusted business advisor to build and improve joint venture and Global Concierge operations.The US Consulting Global Office (USCGO) makes executing global engagements easier. Work You’ll Do
  • Understand, define, communicate and execute on priorities for both financial joint ventures, and Global Concierge
  • Develop and maintain relationships with joint venture leaders
  • Create mechanisms to monitor key client pipelines and investments, and foster transparency
  • Review and analyze venture-specific financial results and identifying recommendations for action items to improve margin and ROI
  • Identify potential cross-venture accelerated client growth targets through leading white space analysis; gather input from leadership and socialize potential candidates to refine and finalize list of high potential global growth clients
  • Develop roadmap to achieve client growth targets; engage with US and Member Firm LCPs to understand current state and develop account specific plans; create mechanisms to monitor key client pipeline and investments via Salesforce.com and other applicable tools
  • Manage both US and USI staff, including performance management, training and development

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 - 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-border/global client delivery in a Consulting environment
  • Deep skills related to project management and team leadership for both large and small projects in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with financial reporting and analytics including leadership of analytics-focused projects, and an ability to identify and interpret trends in financial metrics leading to prioritized action items
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and experience working in a matrixed work environment
  • Relationship building and demonstrated ability to influence
