Simeon's Pivot Resources - Our Client, a Distribution and Consulting Company (founded to bring movies to Cinema houses across Africa) situated at Onikan, Lagos Island requires the services of a competent, experienced and passionate individuals who can effectively work to achieve the company's goal. Hence, vacancy exists for the position below:
Job Location: Onikan, Lagos State
It includes but is not limited to the following:
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member and distribute accurate messages
- Coordinate messenger and courier service
- Fax, scan and copy documents
- Assist Admin Officer to Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Retrieve information when requested
- Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Perform work related errands as requested
- Keep office area clean and tidy
Qualification
At least ND/NCE from Office Technology and Management/Secretarial Admin or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years' experience in office administration
Age Range: 18-25years
Knowledge, Skills and Competency:
- Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position.
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent.
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
- Organization and planning skills.
- Work management and prioritizing skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Accuracy.
- Flexibility.
- Reliability.
- Teamwork
