JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and passionate scientific leader to join our Neuropsychiatry department as the:

NEUROPSYCHIATRY PROGRAM DIRECTOR
This role is truly essential to lead and coordinate, with a clear industrial vision, our Research activities from the concretization of promising new targets through the drug discovery phase to early clinical development.
Reporting directly to the Head of Neuropsychiatry R&D, you will be responsible for orchestrating our Proteinopathy programs for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.
Responsible for the strategic progression of the Research Projects Portfolio, you will offer your scientific insight both into in-house projects and into potential licensing-in opportunities.
“Collective Intelligence” is a critical pillar of future progress and, as Program Director, you will help build our future success by facilitating and structuring exchanges between the highly-engaged Project Directors, translational and clinical teams, experimental platforms and external collaborators.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED
• Ph.D. in neuroscience
• 10 years research in an academic environment
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical firm and/or in drug discovery
• Established reputation in the field of neurodegenerative disorders
• Specialist in the domain of Proteinopathies
• Collaboration-based mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• Perfectly fluent in English - French would be a plus
